Which friends episode is this?

I watched part of a friends episode on youtube about monica and
phoebe's old friend amanda. Here it is if you don't know what I'm

And the owner says its from series 10 episode 3, but i've got series
10 on dvd and I know I've never seen the amanda part.
And when I looked on the internet it said that episode 3 on series 10
is the one with ross' tan which I know isn't the episode with amanda
in..?
Please help me..
