Looser than ever before
Julianne Hough and Ryan SeacrestDirector Craig Maker (L) and actor Kenny Wormald get through to the premiere of "Footloose."Take advantage of Moore and Gary Barber
Kaira Gray with Sumner RedstoneWhile there is no Kevin Sausage sighting at Monday night's premiere of Paramount's "Footloose," the big event converted into among Westwood's more lively unspoolings. From the beginning of pic, in which the audience might be heard singing along towards the classic theme by Kenny Loggins towards the finale once the theater was covered in confetti, the brand new Regency was as rockin' every L.A. nightclub. That spirit transported to the after-party in the Westwood W. Hotel, in which the pic's Kenny Wormald was seen revealing his dance moves while Julianne Hough and Ryan Seacrest mingled with visitors. Helmer Craig Maker stated he was happy using the final product and added that after it found the background music, despite the southern setting, he wasn't afraid to combine in the soundtrack. "Using the original, Vital would be a little concerned about mixing a lot of genres, but that switched out great and so i did not visit a reason to alter up with this version," Maker described. "You appear for the most part kids today and they've 3,000 tunes on the ipod device and put forth any club also it usually will go from the rap song at one moment to some country song within the next. I truly wanted that feeling to remain in the film.Inch Contact Justin Kroll at justin.kroll@variety.com
